Inspiration is about learning from other wonderful cooks and chefs who inspire us to take their recipes and adopt and embrace them to bring this same joy and love of cooking to our family and friends. Serundeng.  A Dutch Indonesian coconut garnish to make your rice dishes sing! I made this some months ago and took a photo of my favourite way to enjoy this, which is to generously sprinkle this on freshly steamed rice and eat it as an anytime snack.
